PayPal - You can pay by most major credit and debit cards in the USA: MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro. On the end of checkout procedure you will be transfered to secured PayPal web site where you can choose payment method. You don't need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

If you have a PayPal account you can use PayPal balance as well. To pay by PayPal account use our e-mail: sales@lupoline.us or ask us for Money Request or Invoice.

Returning the purchases within 14 days from receiving them is guaranteed.

Stocking pieces cannot be returned.
You can return the products only in case it was not used , worn or damaged. Besides it must be clean and flavorless (e.g. perfume or cigarettes smell)). It also must be applied with all labels, extra accessories (if they are added, e.g. extra straps, insets in bras) and vouchers (bills).

Returns are responsibility of customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded Delivery). Lupoline US will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.

Please, send the goods in the box to prevent any damage of goods or original box. All the parcels in damaged producer wrapping will be reduced by 15 % for each damaged box or lack of it. All parcels packed incorrectly and damaged during posting will be sent to the customer at the expense of her/him.

Please remember to pack and wrap very carefully and protect it from any damage.
